Ribbon blender

Detergent powder is made by mixing the raw materials and for this, we have specially designed ribbon blender to efficiently mix both liquid and solid raw materials. It is built to provide fast efficient blending by the opposite movements of two inner and outer ribbons.

Discharge hopper

Discharge hopper is made to receive the raw materials after they are properly mixed in the ribbon blender. These are fixed on bottom by rotatory valves and have strong support on MS platform.

Vibratory sieves

Vibratory sieves are usually placed below discharge hopper and are used to improve and ensure the purity of detergent powder. They are used to separate particles in case of solid and wet sieving and to separate pastry material in case of liquids. These are multi-decked sieves which can be made up to six decks according to the client’s requirement and can be easily replaced.

Screw conveyors

Screw conveyors are essential for the movement of raw materials. These are used for immediate conveyance of materials between discharge hopper, vibratory sieves and packaging machine.

Screw conveyors are composed of sharp blades placed within tubes to move solid raw materials into blender. We built screw conveyors in both pipe and ‘U’ shapes.

Electric control panels

Electric control panel allows operating plant operation efficiently from a distance. We offer a sophisticated electric control panel with automated instruments and variable frequency drives. The front panel of electric control panel has an on/off indication lamps and software indicators.
